After World War III, and the final defeat of Cobra, James McCullen (AKA Destro XXIV) uses his vast fortune to help rebuild Europe. With the help of the UN, McCullen picks up the shattered pieces and unites all of the nations of Western Europe into one Union. As the head of the European Union, James McCullen officially hands the title of Destro to his son Alexander McCullen (now AKA Destro XXV). James will continue to wear his familial mask in public for the rest of his life.

Please bear in mind, most of my customs are LBC. I don't paint very well, so I pick parts that go good together with little or no paint.
