A horrible mistake happened when Dr. Mindbender was experimenting with genetic strength enhancement. Instead of just increasing strength, it increased the size of the affected limbs by an equal amount.

Killer was a failing Cobra who was offered a choice of permanent janitorial duty or test subject. He says the size of his arms are slightly unhandy for doing some things but no one tells him no when he tells them to do things anymore. To say the least he hasn't complained about his choice at all.
