For my first Leatherneck custom figure, the parts were entirely from a ROC Leatherneck. I just repainted it and glued some accessories. But it has a shoulder pad on the left shoulder and pouches on the hips. I had to replace those parts for me to have a true to the core Leatherneck. So I replaced the parts with Shipwreck's upper torso and green shirt hips and painted everything all over again. Now I have a better looking Leatherneck, I think. If only Hasbro released a classic-looking Leatherneck, I wouldn't have to go through so much trouble customizing.
