One of my all-time favorite Cobra bad guys. I only liked the first figure of the Major and never cared for any of the other versions of him. I made this figure as soon as the Zap VvV figure came out not knowing that they were going to make a figure for him in the single pack series. I think that his single pack figure sucks (IMO). Because he is a Merc, Major Bludd never played a long lasting role in the G.I. Joe story line and that is just how I like him. Cobra Commander would get him to do his dirtiest work like the time he wanted Destro dead.
