I created this version of Mayor as one of the many different environmental gear versions I plan to make of this character. I decided to go with the Clutch torso because it had the same design characteristics as snow jobs, but alowed me to go a little different direction with him. The head was somewhat challenging, but it ended up working, but not as well as I had hoped. The space between where snow job's goggles end and snake eyes head begins still looks funny to me.
