The original Muton was a repaint of the Action Force Deep-Sea Diver figure with a few odd guns and radars added to his head. For this version, I had the torso and legs ready for ages, but couldn't find a head that served until I chanced upon a Chap Mei fireman in a flame-retardant suit. The hood for that figure seemed to work, and so I glued on the guns and the 'eyeball', and then fixed it to the torso. He doesn't have an actual head underneath, as it seemed to be a waste of a good spare part. From the same Chap Mei figure, I took the chunky hands and attached them to Hollow Point's silly BTR arms; not only does it conceal those ridiculous arm attachments that the BTR figures have (I removed them, but it still didn't look quite right), but it also lends the figure a slightly over-the-top appearance that rather suits its function.
