Hmm...Night Fox. Class of 2010. Real name is Armando Ortiz. Depending on the file card, he is either an ex-Navy SEAL or a Navy SEAL. The file card information has vague words like "strategic" and "tactical" and "operations". Might as well say things like "endeavor to optimize synergy through consistent operational workflow."

I only created this guy because I could use all MTF parts.
