Para-Rescue are Air Force Special Forces that are tasked with recovery and medical treatment of personnel in combat zones.

They are trained in desert, mountain, arctic warfare as well as combat divers, paramedics and just about every type of parachuting skill you can think of. This is my heavy fire support officer for my Para-Rescue team.

He carries a M-60/M-230 combo with a shotgun, LAW, a claymore and grenades. He provides cover fire while approaching and working on patients as well as withdrawals.
