Bio-Never in all of Cobra history has there been a "perfect" soldier. This soldier can do it all. All he needs is one pistol. Just one. He can wipe out an entire platoon with just one pistol. Why you ask? Because he is the most perfect soldier in the whole world. Destro's creative mind thought of him. He can beat any ninja, shoot every target, sneak over on enemy lines without being seen or heard, he can fly the most advanced jets. He can do it all. Because he's Perfect!

About-I got the main idea of this soldier from a movie I watched awhile ago. The movie was called SOLDIER. They had a bunch of Perfect troops out to destroy this one guy because he was hostile. That's how I got the idea. Not my best work, but hey, I think he's pretty cool.
