Character:

Serpentor is pretty silly name and turns into an even sillier name by flipping the S and P sounds. A silly name deserves a silly character and a stupid look.

Design:

This is a figure designed to look stupid. The BBQ chest is one there's just not a lot to do with because of the oxygen canister. Working from there, I figured that if a character needed the oxygen, he would be weak and frail. To get the unhealthy look, I contrasted the slender Baroness arms against the supersized Crankcase noggin. The Quick Kick feet came about to show that maybe the character's a bit out-of-step with the rest of the world and just doesn't like shoes.

Colors:

I was originally going to color Percentor in Cobra Blue with silver details. Then I realized that an accountant figure might have been a Crimson Guard. After I completed the figure, I realized it might have been better to use the chest/waist/upper legs of a CG figure.
