The Racketeer is a raccoon that survived MARS pre-venomization lab studies. After gaining near human-level intelligence, Subject #10-8 (nickname : Rocket) escaped and took it upon himself to bring the villainous MARS and the evil Dr. Mindbender down. Utilizing a prototype JUMP that he designed himself, he leads a scraggly band of do-gooders against the mighty fortress Castle Destro.
