Another classic character revisited through the lens of my 25th anniversary super-articulated Joe project, I wanted Rock N Roll to be as close to his original incarnation as possible but to look slightly more rugged and possibly wild than the rest of his teammates.

This was my third time making the hybrid Hollow Point/High Tech head, so that wasn't nearly as hard as it probably should've been. Modding the belt had also become old hat by this stage in the project. The boots, however, never seem to get easier.
