Entrance Cape: Star Wars

This is the one that started me down the NES Pro Wrestling road. I saw that pink HACKs blank and knew I had to make Starman. He was a pretty simple custom, with the only real work being the mods to adapt the Build n Brawl boots and filling in the eye sockets on the masked blank head. The cape was a fun opportunity to try out the Krylon spray glitter, and I'm really happy with how it came out.

Starman

A longtime icon of the Mexican luchadore scene, Starman came to the US, and the VWA in a bid for international success. Because of his style of wrestling, the AAWF was initially unsure how best to use Starman after the merger, and threw him into the tag division. There, he and his partner had a feud with the Swamp Rats, a team composed of fellow former VWAer The Amazon, and soon to be ex-AAWFer (and future Dreadnok) Crusher. Someone with Starman's ability couldn't be held down for long though, and after an incredible showing in a 4 team tag match, Starman broke out in the AAWF as a singles wrestler.
