One of the most requested character to be done in modern version. I wanted to add this guy to the roster. Inspired by is sunbow cartoon appearance keeping a military look to it, i wanted to keep him as close as possible to is original look and feel. With the great headgear from marauder task force accessories, it makes him a great communication expert for my command center. A simple custom to do, yet very proud of the result.
