S.A.W Viper Commanders are Elite S.A.W Vipers who get bumped up due to their devotion to Cobra and their influence on other S.A.W Vipers. They choose not to wear masks instead they paint their faces in blood red. They say it's because they want their enemies to be able to make out their faces before they die.

Instead of the somewhat "loud" colors regular S.A.W Vipers wear they have adopted the Cobra colors of black and red and are less noticeable from far distances than their counterparts. Although they are a higher rank than regular S.A.W Vipe's that doesn't mean they will hesitate to be on the front line, screaming , mowing down their enemies and ensuring their fellow Cobras that victory is around the corner.
