When I built this figure, I tried make one a little more discrete than the original yellow Brazilian one.

Steel Cobra is the most feared enemy of the GI Joe team.

His body armor features multi-layer composite material made from epoxy resin and aramid/ultra high molecular weight polyetylene fibers. The end result is that it is completely bullet proof.

This guy does not have limits and actually prefers terrorist attacks that include shopping centers with a lot of school children present.

The painting color scheme is useful for urban indoor combat, with more discrete clothes.
