For a long time I've seen different version of the Sarge, and always wanted to make one that was scaled to his appropriate size. So when I got an extra Major Barrage torso it was that time.
One my favorite parts of the G.I. joe movie was the battle between Nemasis Enforcer and Sgt. Slaughter and since the 25th version (N.E.) is done right I had to recreate the battle, of course CC had to get his first.
