After the the Joe Club made the Oktober Guard I decided to turn my Diana into Volga. Added the RoC Viper legs and liked the look. I got the tanker helmet from AVACs Lab at JoeCon and decided to turn Volga into the Oktober Guard's vehicle driver.


Volga is Diana's cousin. She is just a pretty and even more deadly then Diana. Volga has a mean streak a mile long. She is at home behind the wheel of any of the Soviet armored vehicles available to the Oktober Guard. She cannot only drive them but repair them also.
