Ever notice that every Cobra is white (with the possible exception of the Alley Viper that came with the Rage in 1997) ???

I decided to make Cobra a little more diverse and include an African-American Cobra elite. Warlord is rather cliche, being from the inner-city, but that makes him a natural to lead the Alley Vipers. I also made him a film school graduate at NYU for whatever reason, and made him a big Bruce Lee fan. He also loves reggae.
