Wraith is the coolest GI Joe character that never got a figure. Charlie Halifax is a shadow merc with the same level of reputation as Firefly and Major Bludd. This grew considerably when he stole a Chinese stealth suit, which brought him to the attention of Destro.

It took every ounce of guts I had to paint this figure. It was cool beyond words way before I got a hold of it. However, for this character, I wanted a figure that could be both translucent and solid at the same time, to show him phasing.
Oh, and it looks even better in person!
