Well I do not know if it is a flying vehicle or a water vehicle, but that is OK because no one else seems to know either. LOL

I liked the original, mainly because I liked Zanzibar but really the original design was lacking, It was little more then a lawn chair with a fan on back. So I decided to make something that seemed a little more feasible and practical for the infamous swamp pirate.
