I used a square scrap piece of OSB board, popcicle craft sticks, wooden dowels, garbage bag cut to strips, construction paper, wood glue, hotglue, and a paper cutout template for the Cobra throne.

I needed a large meeting place for Cobra Commander to address his followers without having them all gather in the Throne Room in the Pit, so I devised a versatile playset that will serve as a pulpit for the Commander, as well as a stage for those more poetic members of Cobra like Major Bludd and Cold Slither to perform when the Commander is not giving a speech. The funding of this stage might come from the one of the Twins' ventures into theater production or the music industry.
