I had been holding onto both the shrunken Ronald Reagan head and the Scopedog for several years waiting for the right projects for them. I didn't ever think they would wind up being part of the same custom.
At the time I made this a few others were making Alternate Universe historical figures. I thought who better to lead the Joe team into action, against Cobra, then one of the most popular Presidents ever??
I chose white for his mech to show he is the white knight of the free world. And of course he proudly displays the American flag.
