This was my first successful attempt to make an easily and cheaply replicated army builder based loosely on the original design.

The idea really started with the head. I had seen the CORPs figure on the shelves and thought how cool it would be to use the head for an updated Night Viper, but waited until the figures were clearanced to pick up a few of them.

I had considered using the standard green 25th version of the Original 13 body as a base, but I really preferred the way this one looked. And, when I found it dirt cheap in multiples from a Chinese seller on eBay, that sealed it for me.

The hardest part of making him was adapting the Wild Bill lower arms to accept the MARS Trooper hands. It was so tough, at first, that I considered scrapping the design. But it got easier each time I did it.

Adapting the head was obviously a bit of a pain, as well. But worth the effort, I think.
