As some of you know I'm tired of waiting on the International / Extreme / and Sgt. Savage characters to be released in the 3.75 scale in the United States for reasonable prices, and have been trying make my own. Quarrel is easily one of those figures and having seen the teasing pictures of a prototype for here, that I guess as of this writing is simply not coming out for the immediate future, I had to make this one.
