Zartan has always been one of my favorite Characters in the GI Joe universe. I have always had a preference for him being a solo operator rather than being the leader of the Dreadnoks. With this creation, I have incorporated his various weaponry he has used over the years into one figure, and have also given him swappable heads for when he is sun bathing. My favorite thing about this build is the way the hood I chose sits just right on the figures shoulders, covering just the right amount of his face to give him a mysterious and more "edgy" look.
