This is a character from my book, Battalion-13.

Building this figure involved the use of Hot Glue to form the extra plastic needed around the neck ball.

Alley Cat is a member of Battalion-13. Stealth is her specialty. Her special abilities consist of exceptional strength, and agility comparable to Spider-Man, extraordinarily heightened senses and exceptional speed.

Battalion-13 is contracted to work with G.I. Joe against the more supernatural elements involved with Cobra.
