Roguewing came through a dimensional portal and was recruited for the government's "superhuman ops" team.
She's shown here in the suit of powered armor she was wearing when she came through the portal.

I was inspired to do this custom after viewing some customs a friend of mine did on another forum.
After looking at the "Marvel Universe" Iron Man figures, I figured that the arms and legs would work for the right female torso.
I got looking at the "Rise of Cobra" version of Scarlett, and her "reactive armor" looked about perfect for what I wanted.
I needed short hair for her, though, and the ROC Scarlett wouldn't really work.
So, by cutting off the ponytail of the 25th version of Scarlett, I got the look I wanted.
