Viktor grew up riding motorcycles. He relished in the thrill of it, the speed, the danger. He took to street racing in his youth, then he discovered cross country. Trees whizzing by, a crash a heartbeat away. Nothing to protect him but his own skill. When he joined the military, he found armored vehicles too slow and cumbersome. With the Oktober Guard he can put his bike riding to good use, as a scout.
