Like Backstab, Howler was made out of scrap figure parts. Initially, it was supposed to be The Rocketeer. But after applying the paint, I did not like how it looked. I want my Rocketeer to be perfect. As soon as I get the perfect base figure, I'll customize my own Rocketeer. For now, I'll settle for Howler. The name Howler, his filename, bio and everything else just popped up in my head and I just kind of, stick with it.
