1st figure on the AJVc_2011 line, unfortunately the amount of work I wanted to put into it made take longer than anticipated.

In A's Joe Verse Continuum, Mr. Hinton is one of the original 13 members of the Delta unit, known as G.I. Joe. Roadblock's history is similar to the original, he worked as a bounce so he could attend the Escoffer school in France when an Army recruiter saw him and was able to sell him on becoming a chef in the Army instead. During a standard transport of supply and ammo into an outpost in Falasha, the convoy was ambushed.

"Corporal Hinton started to pull out guys from his Humvee and yelling "I need some feed, Ma' is hungry." Myself and private Lee began to run back and forth from the line, bringing in all the .50 cal and ammo we could find while the other guys where in EVAC mode. The LT was injured and the 2nd chair was trying to get hold of command. 1st corporal MacBride, grab his gun and ran to find what I thought was higher ground. In the mean time all I could hear the growling sounds of the .50 cal ripping it out. Corporal Hinton was like a Roadblock, holding the insurgents from finishing us off. What was funny, Sir, was that he was smirking as if he was truly enjoying the situation. Next thing I remember was private Lee, telling me that all the ammo was stacked and to hand over the S.A.W to Corporal Hinton and head out. I heard a what sounded like a "tink" and saw Corporal Hinton's helmet smoking, but the smoke from the .50 and our surroundings kept me from determining what "Roadblock's" status-, I'm sorry, Corporal Hinton status was."
