This version of Cobra Commander is based on the GI Joe: Retaliation carded figure version. It comes complete with a snake staff like the one that also comes with the carded version of that figure.

This is my personal view of Retaliation Cobra Commander. I wanted to work with no-joe figures to make Joe and Cobra characters because when I was a child, Magneto from "Secret Wars" was my "Cobra Commander". Yojoe!
