2002 Blowtorch Head
1988 Dogfight Arms/Torso/Waist/Legs

Original Uzi and visor. Visor attached to POC Doc helmet. Marauder Inc. beret. Comic pack Mainframe Gun/Hostler attached to jacket. I wanted to keep with Steeler's original roots as a Tank Driver so I added the yellow, red, and blue colors of the US Army Armor Division patch.

I was debating purchasing an '82/'83 Steeler but wanted a figure that was a little more exciting and could tell more of a story. I came across the convention Steeler and thought it was a great figure. I used Dogfight parts for two other figures and I think it's a great mold. In this case I feel like the jacket provides a more grizzled veteran look. I went with the Blowtorch head because one, I had it lying around and two, it's a more edgy than the convention version.

As an original G.I. Joe member and accomplished Tank Commander, Steeler needed a new challenge and opted in for Special Forces Training. The Green Berets proved to be a good fit for Steeler. He discovered a talent for sharpshooting and exceeded expectations in his Special Forces Sniper Course (SFSC). He will lead the Joes in Special Night Ops missions behind enemy lines. His new training and past experience will serve him well in highly classified operations.
