This is one G.I. Joe custom figure of mine that was almost left behind. Based on 1990's Decimator figure, Cobra's Hammerhead driver. With this, I just made use of custom fodders I have. I hope I was able to make it look like the classic Decimator. Hope you guys like it. There are still plenty of G.I. Joe characters I want customize like Hardball, Repeater, Spearhead, Etc.
