Body= Harvey "Two-Faces" from Batman "The Dark Knight"

Flag= Gung-Ho 1992.

When I saw "GI Joe Retaliation" trailer and "president Zartan" I thought "I have to make him!".

Immediately Two-face's figure came to my mind. I painted the part burned with a silver color and on it I applied a layer of translucent blue of Tamiya. The right eye is also painted in blue because I don't have translucent red color. The hair is painted with "Grey Wolf" and layers of "dry brush" black and grey colors.
