Captain Talwar - I liked the Vikram Khallikan character from the IDW comic. While I don't have a custom of him yet, I did make him a quick second in command. I've had that Indiana Jones monkey man figure head for years now and finally found a use for it, randomly realizing that his turban color rather closely matched the Cobra blue. I took his name from the real life talwar, which is a curved Indian sabre.
