Serpentor the Emperor of Cobra created by Doctor Mindbender from the DNA of the world's greatest historical leaders such as Julius Caesar, Hannibal, Attila the Hun and so forth. His one flaw was that the DNA of Sun Tzu was not able to be collected which leads him to be hot headed and rash. His need to rule Cobra has brought him in direct conflict with Cobra Commander and has even fractured Cobra into a splinter group known as The Coil. This version is closer to the IDW version.
