main body is a booster tank from a large space shuttle model
The rest is totally scratch built using scrap plastic

This vehicle ended totally different then it started. I started with the two sets of wheels and the booster tank. I looked at it and thought that it could make a really cool dune buggy rapid attack vehicle with a drivers seat a back seat and a gunner sitting up above the main frame in a roll cage in back. As you can tell that did not happen. The final product really reminds me of something that you would see in a 1950's scifi comic book about the year 2020.

This was my first fully scratch built vehicle.
