Carl 'Doc' Greer is a captain in the army and an avowed pacifist. Carl is a doctor of medicine and has volunteered to help GI Joe because he believes they are the very best anti-terrorism task force int he world. Doc has joined the naval special missions task force to ensure that all memebers sent out on a black ops mission return safely.

I needed a crew to man the USS Colton Submarine I created and who better than Doc to fill out a uniform. His head goes pefectly with the body and arms and with just some minor repainting...bam here is 'Naval Doc!'
