This figure came about from some 'make a deal' figures from the 2013 GI Joe Club Convention in Indianapolis (thanks, David Lane) that I used for the torso cracking tutorials at the JoeCustoms table. I also swapped out the Club's silver Mortal head for a custom chromed Snake Eyes Mortal head. I then used the non-chrome Mortal head for this figure. I wish I would have thought to have tried red goggles first ... maybe even the red transparent paint, before I painted the goggles black.
