This is a follow up to my POW Dr. Mindbender, and one that I always wanted to try. It's always a fun challenge converting those Chap Mei torsos to work with GI Joe parts, and this is one of my better attempts at it. I had to do a great many coats of paint to get the orange to look good. Between the two POW figures I've done, I went through an entire thing of Games Workshop paint, but they are two of my favorites, so I guess it works out.
