Buzzer is the most intelligent Dreadnok by far; his intelligence being only rivaled by Zartan. It is believed that Buzzer was at one point an extreme left-wing sociology don at Cambridge. Buzzer began to travel around the world to study different societal values. During this time of travel Buzzer became obsessed with the inner workings of the biker culture. He began to travel to Australia to study the outlaw motorcycle gang called the Comancheros and began to transform into the very subject of his studies. This transformation coincided with his displeasure with the indignations of society. Buzzer began to develop an intense desire to destroy civilized infrastructure with a chainsaw.

The chainsaw that Buzzer uses has been heavily modified to increase its horsepower and chain speed. The chain is specially made with titanium teeth giving it an extremely sharp edge that can cut through many materials including wood and many softer metals.
