Duke is the code name of First Sergeant Conrad S. Hauser. Duke was born in St. Louis, Missouri. He is the teams' field commander and typically the face of the Joes.
This is a blend of the Classic and Renegades versions. It was basically a parts swap with the only custom part being the paint on the legs. This is my third take on the character and probably the version that I am happiest with. May add a bandolier down the road.
