Night Vulture was a character I never owned until collecting after I moved out from home.
I thought including him with this was pretty much an unwritten rule, as he never appeared outside of the Air Commando Sub-line. I decided to make him his own unique character as opposed to a trooper. A sadistic air assault trooper whom enjoys snatching Joes off the ground and then dropping them from the air.
