When attacking an urban environment, Cobra troops move in with enough fire power to easily suppress their target and are supplemented by HISS tanks. The first generation HISS tanks may be a bit older, but they are still effective in battle. Unlike the newer fifth generation HISSes, these older tanks can maneuver down narrow roads and alley ways. They also have an interchangeable turret that can swap their powerful guns for a missile system.

Due to the Firefly in the second picture, I have established in my Joe-verse that Cobra's urban paint schemes are black, grey, white and blue.
