Knowing he will find himself on the battlefield at any time, Cobra Commander had a new suit of battle armor created. Beneath the titanium exoskeleton is a space age Kevlar polyblend jumpsuit. The exoskeleton acts similarly to the armor Fred created for the Commander in the late 1980's, applifying his strength and allowing him to withstand most automatic weapons fire.
