This is actually my second version of Sparks. My first version was based on 1997's Tanks for the Memories Box Set Sparks. I wanted to a new Sparks, and this time a Sparks figure based on the classic Sunbow G.I. Joe cartoons we all love. I've added Renegades Tunnel Rat laptop as an accessory instead of radio receiver, but still gave him a microphone thingy. Hope you like my take on Sparks. Thanks!
