Kwinn is another cool character that never made it to figure form (at least any form that I would buy).
The custom was pretty straightforward. The torso had been used by many others in their Kwinn customs, but I sanded down the shoulders so they meet up with the arms better. The legs are a gimme. I cut off the feet and glued on Action soldier's boots with a bit of greenstuff for trim.
Zap's head seemed like might work. When I removed the mustache, it really started to resemble Kwinn. I then added some greenstuff and sculpted the hair.
I used two different tan colors to paint the figure to add a little interest.
