Ahhh...Overlord...so overlooked. Overlord has a small cult following among Joe fans as another of the Cobra hierarchy that is vying for power, but aside from a RAH figure,and maybe a few comic appearances, we haven't seen much of him at all. He's often overshadowed by Destro, Baroness, Mindbender, The Crimson Twins, etc... but I decided to give the guy his due and make a JvC incarnation. This is mostly a 'fodder' custom of parts that I hadn't really used at all, and I thought they worked perfectly for Overlord, especially Mindbender's bald noggin. So much for a mere tank driver,huh?
