Victor Zsasz is a world class psychopath. He shows no remorse, sympathy, or empathy, he is a total loss of humanity. When he gets bored with killing the denizens of Gotham he takes to the road, traveling the country. In more then one instance he found himself facing Joe or Cobra operators. He has always gotten away while leaving pools of the blood of his foes.
